The terms that apply when you order from Kendall Creations
Who we are
Kendall Creations is a small business in Calgary, Alberta, Canada making custom laser engraved and 3D printed products. Contact: sales@kendallcreations.ca.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Placing an order or submitting a design is a request; your order is confirmed once we accept it and payment is received. Checkout is handled by our payment provider (Square) — we never see your card details. We may decline an order we cannot produce (for example artwork we are not licensed to reproduce).
Custom work, proofs and approval
Everything we make is custom and made to order. You are responsible for the spelling, dates, names, and artwork you supply. Where we send a proof, production starts after you approve it. By submitting artwork or a logo you confirm you have the right to use it.
Turnaround, pickup and shipping
Most orders are ready in 3–5 business days; corporate bulk orders typically take 1–2 weeks depending on quantity. Free local pickup is available in Auburn Bay (SE Calgary), and we ship Canada-wide. Delivery estimates are not guarantees once a parcel is with the carrier.
Returns and refunds
Because every item is personalised and made to order, custom products are not returnable. If something arrives damaged or is not what you approved, email us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right. Using this website
Our designs, photos, and site content belong to Kendall Creations. The free design tools on this site are provided for designing products with us. Please do not abuse the site (for example automated scraping that degrades service for others). Automated agents acting for a real customer are welcome — see /agents.md.
Privacy and changes
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
