Privacy Policy

What we collect

We only collect what we need to answer you and fulfil orders:

• Contact form — your name, email, message, and any files you attach.
• Custom order forms (including the golf ball designer) — your name, email, phone if provided, order details, and the design/proof files you create or upload.
• Newsletter — your email address, only if you subscribe.
• Product reviews — the name you enter and your review text. Your email is used only to contact you about the review and is never published.
• Analytics — Google Analytics collects standard, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type).

What we do NOT collect

We never see or store your payment card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider (Square) on their own secure checkout. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Files you attach to the contact form are automatically deleted after 30 days. Order records and design proofs are kept so we can reproduce or reprint your item and handle any follow-up. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe — every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe at /unsubscribe.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. Your browser may also store small amounts of data locally to remember things like your wishlist or an in-progress design — that data stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@kendallcreations.ca and we will respond. We handle personal information in keeping with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
