Frequently Asked Questions
When is the cut-off for Christmas ornaments?
Order by the end of the first week of December to be comfortable. Production is 3 to 5 business days after proof approval, and December is our busiest month. Earlier is genuinely safer than it sounds.
Can you engrave a name and year on each ornament?
Yes, and individually named ornaments are one of our most common December orders. Send the list of names with your order; each one is set up and proofed as its own piece.
What are the ornaments made from?
We engrave wood and acrylic ornaments, and we also do crystal ornaments. Wood gives a warm burned contrast, acrylic a frosted etch that catches tree lights.
Do you make pet or memorial ornaments?
Yes. Paw-print and pet memorial ornaments are among our most requested items, and we can work from a photo of your pet's actual paw print or their name and dates.
