How fast can you turn an order around?
Most orders are ready in 3-5 business days. Corporate bulk orders typically take 1-2 weeks depending on quantity. If you have a fixed date, send it with your enquiry and we'll confirm what's possible before you commit.
I need it for a specific date that's very soon. Is it worth asking?
Always ask. We handle fabrication ourselves, so short-notice work is often possible, and we'd rather tell you yes or no quickly than have you assume it can't be done.
Does local pickup make it faster?
Yes, noticeably. Pickup is free in Auburn Bay (southeast Calgary) and removes courier time from the schedule entirely. It is worth it if your date is tight, including for customers driving in from Airdrie, Okotoks or Chestermere.
What slows an order down?
Waiting on artwork or proof approval, and low-resolution logos that need rebuilding. Sending vector artwork (.ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf) with your first message is the fastest possible start.
