Choose Your Level of Customization

We offer four distinct packages to fit your team’s needs:

• Option 1: The Classic Coach Includes the team logo and the Coach’s name.
• Option 2: The Team Roster Includes the team logo, Coach’s name, and a list of all player names/numbers.
• Option 3: The Ultimate Keepsake (Messages) Includes the team logo, Coach’s name, and actual scanned handwritten messages from the players for that authentic "signed ball" feel.
• Option 4: The Logo Only Clean and simple—includes only your team or organization logo.

Important Note on Personalization

We take pride in the setup and precision of our engravings. Please note the following regarding custom messages:

• Standard Layout: All options above assume a consistent design across the entire order.
• Individual Customization: If you wish to add a unique, different message (e.g., a personal note to a specific person) to each individual cup, an additional $5.00 customization fee applies per cup. This fee covers the extra design time required to format, proof, and set up each unique file for the laser.

How to Order

1. Select your desired Option Tier.
2. Upload your high-resolution logo (and signature scans if choosing Option 3).
3. Provide your roster list in a clear text format.
4. If choosing individual unique messages, please specify the text for each cup and ensure the "Customization Fee" is added to your total. And make sure you change the QTY for "Customization Fee" that pertains to EACH cup that is being altered.
